Becoming a Kami Certified Educator

Accessing the Kami Masterclass Hub requires single sign-on access. We recommend contacting your IT administrator to request access if you are unable to log in.

How to navigate a Kami Certified course

Please follow the steps on this Kami document to set yourself up for the Kami Master Classhttps://meetkami.com/masterclass

If you already have a MobileMind account, go to your profile page. On the right-hand side, enter the code Kami, and that should place you in the course.

Having trouble accessing?

When attempting to log in, you may receive the below message, and an error on the MobileMind website stating that your school/district email address is already taken.

This can occur if you have not yet been granted access to use single sign-on. This can be granted by your IT department, and is usually resolved by contacting them to request access.

If your IT department confirms they do not permit the use of single sign-on, we are happy to facilitate the use of a personal email address to access the Kami Masterclass Hub. Please contact our Support team at support@kamiapp.com for further assistance.

 

Getting started

Once logged in, you will land on the Dashboard page. From here, you can select the Learning Paths button to see all the courses available to you.

📝 On the Dashboard, you may see that certain courses are locked. These will unlock after you finish the courses currently available to you.

Click on an available course to open it. Once opened, you'll find information to learn more about the course and a short intro video that explains what you can expect.

Once you are ready, select the Start Learning Path button in the top-right corner to begin.

Completing the lessons

After starting the course, you will be presented with the first lesson. Click on the lesson to get started.

In the lesson, you'll learn through video tutorials and be provided additional learning materials to reference.

After you finish the video, you will find a Quiz available at the bottom of the page. On the left, you can see an estimated time indication of how long this may take.

Once you're ready to take the quiz, just navigate to the Begin Quiz button. If you passed, you can select the back button to move on to the next lesson.

Retaking a quiz

If you failed a quiz and need to retake it, you can select View Results to see which questions were answered incorrectly.

Then, you can click the Retake Quiz button to try again.

Completed Course

After completing a course, your Learning Paths page will now show the previously locked courses as available. Each completed course will also display your Certificate beneath it.

Downloading your certificate

Beneath the course, select View Certificate.

The certificate will state the course title, the date it was completed, and the time it took to complete. Some schools allow you to reimburse the time spent on learning materials for teacher growth.

To download, select the Download PDF button at the bottom of the certificate.
