Completing Kami Assignments using sharing links

Discover how to start, complete, and submit assignments using Kami sharing links.

Who is this for?

👤 Students who receive Kami Assignments via links from their Teachers.

In order to easily open Kami and access all the available features, make sure that the Kami extension is installed on your browser.

What are Kami sharing links?

Kami allows teachers to share assignments with their class via links, which students can open, work on in Kami, and share back with their teacher.

How to open a Kami assignment shared with a link

1. To complete your assignments in Kami, you must be logged in. If you have recently logged in, Kami will recognize your account and bring you straight to the Kami Dashboard.

If you are prompted to log in again, simply sign in with the email account you used when you created your Kami account.

If you have never logged in to Kami before, creating your account is easy! Learn more about how to create your account and sign in to Kami.

2. If your teacher has sent you a Kami sharing link, you can open it to view your own copy of the assignment inside the Kami app. Below is an example of an email with a Kami sharing link:

3. Once you've opened your assignment in Kami, you can start working using all of Kami's tools and features! If you need help, learn more about each tool in your Kami toolbox.
